Anytime Heating & Air is a Texas HVAC contractor owned and run by Ryan Hardage (Texas license TACLB00155255C). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anytimeairpros.com and to the calls, texts, and service requests that start here.

Information we collect

When you fill out a service request or quote form, we collect:

Your name
Your phone number
The message you write about your heating or cooling problem
Whether you checked the box agreeing to our terms and to receive text messages

If you call, text, or use the chat window on this site, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. When we come out for a job, we also keep the service address, the equipment we worked on, and the work and billing records for that visit.

Like most websites, this site also records basic technical data automatically: your browser type, device, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics for this, which sets cookies in your browser.

How we use it

To call or text you back about your request, schedule a visit, and confirm or update appointments
To diagnose, quote, and perform the work you ask for, and to bill for it
To follow up on finished jobs, warranty questions, and maintenance plan visits
To understand which pages people use so we can improve the site
To keep records the law requires a licensed contractor to keep

Text messages (SMS)

Our forms ask for your phone number and include a checkbox where you agree to receive text messages from Anytime Heating & Air. By checking it, you consent to texts about your service request, such as replies to your message, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, and follow-ups on work we did for you.

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 214-603-9839.
Consent to texts is not a condition of buying any service. You can always call us instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your text opt-in data and consent are used only by Anytime Heating & Air to communicate with you, and are not shared with anyone else except the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

Our customer management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), which receives form submissions and chat messages and sends our calls and texts
Google, for website analytics and the embedded map
Our website host, which keeps standard server logs
Payment processors, when you pay by card
Equipment manufacturers, when we register a warranty on a system we installed for you

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or a request from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works with cookies blocked.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor warranties, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Requests that never turn into a job are deleted when they're no longer useful to us.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need them to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the website forms.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it. Call us or write to us at the address below. To stop texts, reply STOP at any time.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging HVAC service. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
