Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of anytimeairpros.com and the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration service you book with Anytime Heating & Air. Anytime Heating & Air is owned and run by Ryan Hardage and holds Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor license TACLB00155255C. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Service requests
Sending a form, chat message, or text is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you to confirm a time. Arrival times are windows, not guarantees, because the job before yours can run long. If we're running late, we'll let you know.
Please make sure someone 18 or older is home for the visit, and that we have safe access to the equipment, including the attic, closet, roof, or yard where it sits. Let us know about pets, gate codes, or anything else we should expect.
Estimates and pricing
- Estimates on new and replacement systems are free.
- Repair visits carry a service call fee, which covers the trip and the diagnosis.
- After diagnosing the problem, the technician gives you the repair price. No repair work starts until you approve it.
- We don't quote repairs over the phone, because a price given without seeing the system is only a guess.
- If we find something during the job that changes the scope, we stop and get your approval before doing extra work.
Payment
We accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due when the work is finished unless your written estimate or invoice says otherwise. Maintenance plan fees are billed as described when you sign up.
Warranties
New system installations carry the labor and parts warranties written in your installation paperwork. Manufacturer parts warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer and may require registration. Warranties generally don't cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges, flooding, or work done on the system by someone else after our visit. The written warranty for your job is what governs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can so we can give the time slot to someone else.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts on one of our forms, we'll text you about your service request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. How we handle your phone number is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Use of this website
The information on this site is general guidance about HVAC equipment and our services. It isn't a diagnosis of your system. Prices, promotions, and service areas can change, and the price that applies to your job is the one you approve. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control those sites.
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Anytime Heating & Air. Please don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Texas law allows, Anytime Heating & Air is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For service work, our responsibility is set out in your estimate, invoice, and warranty paperwork. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Licensing and consumer notice
Air conditioning and refrigeration contractors in Texas are regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, P.O. Box 12157, Austin, Texas 78711, 1-800-803-9202, 512-463-6599, www.tdlr.texas.gov. Our license number is TACLB00155255C.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
